These guys are awesome. They were responsive, on-time, and accurate with their diagnosis. They went above-and-beyond to fix a much larger issue with a pipe on a weekend, and followed up with all the paperwork and assistance necessary to help me file a homeowners' insurance claim. The on-site guys were wicked friendly with myself and my family, and the office people were great in responding to my questions. Nobody wants to deal with emergency septic / drain issues. But if you absolutely have to, these are the right people to call.

I have used Rooter-man for years to clean my sewer line. well they did this past June, then had to come back in August. They came back with a camera to see what was going on and we could see roots in the line, they found the trouble area outside. Gave me an estimate to replace 15 feet of line and a new cleanout to the surface. They did an outstanding job the technicians replace the line had the town there that day to inspect and passed. During the three day project I was without use of my sewer line for about 2 hours or so. When all was done the yard was back to better then before. I would very strongly recommend Rooter-man to everyone who needs their service.

Great service. Cody and his team dug carefully under a wall and a bush, replaced 100+ year old pipes with new materials. The mess inside was really minimal in spite of having to drill through the wall. Great company--I don't know how you get people to dig holes so cheerfully.
