Melinda came by to assess a mold situation in our basement. She was so helpful and informative. She tested for moisture in our walls, and quickly determined that our mold was superficial and could be addressed simply by running a de-humidifier and improving airflow. She also told us how to clean the moldy items, and which ones to just throw away. Instead of charging us for unnecessary work, she gave us her expert advice and the confidence to deal with it ourselves. I wouldn't hesitate to use SERVPRO of Arlington for any future needs. My only regret was that we couldn't hire them for anything! A strong recommendation is the only compensation I can give them, and I give it wholeheartedly!

This team was hired to deal with mold in the house and they addressed the matter on time and perfectly. For Mold specialists this particular servpro team and Melinda especially are awesome.

We had a pipe burst and damage our bathroom and kitchen. ServPro was there the same day. They were professional, on-time, and finished the job quickly! I would definitely recommend using them!

Ben with Servpro and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. The team took care of a flood claim in which a large portion of our condo had to have selective demolition performed along with mold remediation. This included gyp board removal, wood trim, millwork, and hard wood floors. The nature of this claim required for furniture and personal belongings to be moved, and utmost care was taken performing this task as well. Our unit was left thoroughly cleaned - making a very nice workspace for the rebuild crew to follow. Ben also teamed up with a great contractor to perform the repairs - in other words coordinated everything from removal to rebuild and helped handle the complications and frustrations with the insurance adjuster. As our unit has tenants which had to relocate - it was very important for scheduling that the rebuild commence immediately following the demo. The GC Servpro teamed up with specializes in claim losses and has much more flexibility for scheduling and acceleration of the work than had I been left finding independent electricians, carpenters, painters, etc. Ben was extremely responsive throughout the process, even going so far as to communicate while on vacation with his family via his personal cell. He simply put, is an honest and nice guy - and runs a great business. I would highly recommend his team to anyone in need - let them take some of the stress away knowing you are in good hands. For what it is worth - I am a senior project manager for a large general contractor and build commercial construction for a living; so my knowledge and expectations around this work is likely higher than most. I thought I was going to have to insert myself and direct the work / take charge when all this first happened - but to much relief I barely needed to lift a finger.
