Could not get anyone on the phone, or l Able to leave a message. Which took 2 minutes to tell me I couldn't and voicemail was full. I am a landscape contractor who was interested in bulk loads of Mulch stone and block. They don't have a website or email.

Ordered maybe half a dozen times from them. Crusher run, soil, crushed rock, sand. Reasonable prices and no surprise charges.

I have ordered from Boston Bark many times but this last delivery of super soil, which is supposed to be 50% topsoil and 50% mulch, is just crap. A lot of debris but mostly stones. I had the best intention of using the best product to top dress my lawn, but instead I seem to have ruined it.. I have left a message And shared photos of what I received but have yet to get follow up. I hope to report a happy resolution. In the meantime I suggest people to look elsewhere for a good quality topsoil and mulch.

Second year in a row that I made a specific time for drop off and second year in a row that they were late by an hour or more. I have two small children that I had to arrange for childcare and pay someone to sit here and wait. What is the purpose of setting up a drop off time if it isn't dropped off ON TIME!

I called last season asking for the best soil for a vegetable garden. They told me I should get a mix of half compost, half topsoil. I had some delivered to my house to put in raised beds. We were very disappointed with the results. It appears that the soil was very poorly aerated and doesn't drain well. Our plants grow but they are all small. This season we asked a garden center, and they told us to add some vermiculite and worm casings. At first we thought it was helping, but the soil still appears to be too dense. I expected that the pros would be able to recommend the right stuff for a vegetable garden. Other than that, our experience with this business was positive.
