I have been to the Waltham office a couple of times and had a positive experience every time. The front desk staff and doctors were kind and professional. The place is nice and clean. However, my recent visit was not very positive. It was the last appointment of the day. The dentist was probably tired or just looked at me and assumed I didn’t know any better. I understand it’s the end of the day; you just want to get this done. The dentist literally just brushed my daughter’s teeth. My daughter had a couple of loose teeth; the dentist recommended we pulled them out. Okay fine. After he pulled them out, my daughter was bleeding and crying. The dentist was very cold, showed not a bit of compassion. The gauze he gave my daughter filled up with blood. Blood was dripping down my daughter’s sweater. The dentist was sitting across the room telling my daughter to "Just swallow the blood." Really? it’s a walk in the park for you to pull out teeth, but this is a 6yo kid and her first time experiencing something like this. I had to beg the dentist to give me a new piece of gauze to replace the blood soaked gauze in my daughter's mouth. There is more but I will just end it here. I am very disappointed. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

The dentist and staff were great with my toddler daughter. They were very patient and kind to her. My daughter left with a big smile and a balloon. Additionally, the staff was very understanding and accommodating when my daughter got sick, and we had to reschedule a couple of times. They are flexible and very good at explaining everything. Highly recommend.

Brought my daughter here for her first dental visit. This place is so cute and accommodating to children. I loved that they involved her in every step so she would not be afraid . She was laughing the whole time. We really enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this place. Very clean and colorful!!
