After numerous times of being told to call back I was then told that I would get a call back shortly. We'll I don't know what shortly means to them but to me I say an hour at the most. Thanks for making the choice easy to go somewhere else. Great job nick

Terrible customer service. Overcharged me and did not cooperate to help and look into the issue at all. Be careful with this location.

Most horrible car rental experience of my lifetime. My chip on my credit card apparently malfunctioned, they wouldnt rent me the car (that I already paid for). I called the corporate office to verify that they could accept it using swipe, the corporate office stated while it is company policy that they use the chip - the local manager could make an exception in extreme cases. She refused to do it . The clueless employee was left to deal with me. I do not recommend using a company that has ZERO customer service. I got my refund and heading to Enterprise. A much more reputable company
