You owe it to yourself to try One2One. I did and am hooked. I did a "try & buy" 3-session offer. Day one showed up with my college kids for support. We LOVED it! I signed up for a winter's worth of working out with Richard who introduced and taught me scores of body-weight exercises I can do at home. He supervised this starter on barbells, and kept me in very good shape this winter. Fun, Motivating, Private. Do it.

I am attending the Sunday morning group classes at One2One Bodyscapes with my teenage son and we have found them to be very helpful, as well as fun. I haven't been working out, or even exercising regularly for quite awhile, but Eric has us in a regimen that is mildly challenging with room to grow. Since my teenage son accompanies me, we have found this to be a good 'bonding activity' for us to do together. Kudos to Eric for his encouragement and for keeping the sessions interesting.

One 2 One has the best staff and service in the area. They truly know how to maximize a clients fitness and keep them motivated to maintain it. Anyone who feels that they dont have time to work out, or is intimidated by going to a gym needs to visit this place. Highly recommended.

I loved my workout sessions w Eric Stutman and the One2One BodyScapes Team. He put a lot of time and attention into evaluating my overall health and fitness needs that before I walked into the gym, the trainers knew exactly what exercises we needed to work on to achieve my fitness goals. After each session, I was given homework assignments and nutrition tips so on my own time, I could continue bettering my health. Overall, the guys at One2One go above and beyond, the facility is professional, clean, and comfortable, and the owner sets the bar in terms of excellence.

I have always had an aversion to exercise. I know I need it but putting together an exercise plan was always an exercise in futility (no pun intended). I've been to personal trainers before but I still felt the same way after a few months - I really didn't want to be there. I heard about One2One BodyScapes through my business networking group and did a free session. Right away, I was impressed with the clean surroundings and the professionalism of the staff. This time, however, I felt something different - the absence of pressure. I felt at ease. My trainer for the first session was the owner, Eric. Right away, I knew he was very knowledgeable. He was also very easy with me and asked a lot of questions. He genuinely cares about his clients and enjoys his work. I signed up for more sessions, increasing to two times a week. My usual trainer now is Rich, who is very careful with my workouts and makes sure I'm not overworking muscles and joints that aren't ready for it. I have also worked with Amanda, who is also of the same mindset. Everyone at One2One BodyScapes is, as my father-in-law used to say, "top drawer". The result is that I look forward to my workouts and I'm getting stronger and healthier every week. When I walk into the studio, it's like visiting family. I highly recommend One2One BodyScapes to anyone who hates exercise. You'll be glad you did.
