Please stop using this unexist company.
The owner doesn't pay the drivers who take care of his customers.
I helped him with my services , now I can't find him at all .
I am calling, calling&calling with out answers .
He's never at his unexist office.
The cars are really dirty with expired inspection.
Please stop using this person ( Bill) other way you're helping him fishing more victims( drivers and customers)

This has to be the worst Limo Service in the area.  This company was contracted to provide service to the venue for my daughter's wedding and they failed to show up.  After contacting the groom the evening before to let him know that the limo was out of commission so they would be sending the coach instead they failed to show up to take the parties to the venue.  After answering one call from the groom and telling him they would call him back after contacting the driver, they never called back to let anyone know what was going on. This is a very unprofessional company and I would not recommend them to anyone.  Unfortunately yelp makes you give them at least one star though for me this company deserves none.

I am extremely upset with this company, who failed to show up or even call, on my wedding day! Mind you, they had called us the day before to confirm, as well as tell us that they were bringing a mini coach as the limo was having problems. They were supposed to be at the house at 3:15 (no more than a mile away) to pick up the girls, drive us to the venue (about 3 miles) then back to the same area as the first location to pick up the men and drive them to the venue. At 3:30 I called my fiance and asked if he heard from them, which he said No. He called, they said they would call the driver and call him back. Guess what, they never called him. He continue to call the office and the number he had for the driver with no luck, as did one of my bridesmaids. Both left voicemails and none were returned. Thankfully each house had a couple of vehicles there, so we drove ourselves. But we shouldn't have had to do that. We should have been in a limo and the fact they completely ignored us the day of is 100% unacceptable! People always say something goes wrong on your wedding day, in just glad it was at the beginning of the day (as stressful as it was at first) rather than later on. If I ever need a limo company again, I will be sure to look elsewhere and continue to let people know not to use this company!

Worst company and service.  They were contracted to provide transportation from two locations to a wedding venue for the wedding party and no vehicle ever showed up.  Countless attempts to contact their offices and driver including multiple voicemails went nowhere.  The groom reached the office once and was told they would reach the driver and call back and an hour later there was still no callback so both wedding parties had to drive themselves.  Unfortunately Yelp makes you select at least 1 star but not a deserving ranking.  How is this place in business.  Thanks for ruining my sister's day.UPDATE: it has been 1 week since the wedding.  Neither the groom nor I have heard anything from this company.  Clearly they are not trained in customer service or business etiquette.  Again, 1 star is extremely generous, especially considering a week has passed without a callback to my voicemail, callback to the groom, response to this post, or response to the groom's letter that was mailed at the beginning of the week.
