Whoever his client is, he will fully represent them and ensure they were getting the protection they need, or should have. Jay was very professional and kept the process simple and stress-free.         I was given advice which literally ruined my chances for getting any compensation at all. They took two months to get back to me, and by then just sent me a letter telling me they were dropping my case. Totally unprofessional, slow and ultimately screwed me over big time.
