Best Buy

It took us a bit longer than I liked to find help, as it wasn't clear which employees covered the area where my son and I were shopping. However, once we got an employee to come over, he was very helpful. He answered my son's questions about the VR device he wanted to buy, explained the return policy and warranty clearly, and after apologies for not having a demonstration unit available, further explained how the return policy allowed for a home evaluation. He also answered my son's questions about gaming headsets and the pros and cons of headsets at various price points. A very good experience.

This is my favorite Best Buy store in my local area. I have found the sales people to be knowledgeable and helpful. The sales people I have encountered didn't try to steer me to the most expensive thing but rather listened to what I was searching for and directed me to the items that would be meet my needs. Their Geek Squad is great and really investigate if there is a problem that is not readily apparent.

I love best buy. Certain things just need to be bought in person. You can't ask questions on line.
