First word that jumps to mind? Unreliable. Ms. Hebert continually made promises of actions she would take and never followed thru. I was told texts were the best way to communicate with the office. My texts went unanswered for weeks on end. Ms Hebert played on my emotions to milk a retainer out of me and then did precisely zero work on my case. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I only left one star because I had to. Zero stars all around.
