As previously stated by others.. a mean old blonde lady yelled at me while in the restroom. I feared for my life as she continued to yell at me while also laughing at me and my friend. Would not recommend going there for literally anything. Not sure why she's still there since she yells at everyone...

Like a previous reviewer, I was yelled at by the older blonder woman working there. I could not enter my Stop & Shop rewards # in the pump as the posted directions were incorrect. I asked her for assistance and she basically called me a liar for saying it didn't work, and snarked "I'll show you so you never have to ask me again". As if I will EVER return to this location. she needs to learn how to deal with customers POLITELY. And consider posting accurate directions at the pumps!

Try to avoid this place late at night. There’s an older blonde woman there who will literally yell at you if you make a mistake at one of the pumps. Have some respect for your customers and understand people make mistakes. You just lost business due to your unprofessional attitude 👍

I have been to a lot of gas stations and convenience stores in Worcester and this one by far has the best people working there. Everyone knows what they are doing and you are in and out quick even though it is very busy there. It has a little Keno area as well but most importantly like I stated the employees are well trained and very friendly.
