Mike told me we needed masonry work done, he made it sound like it was dangerous to not. I asked for a chimney inspection and a quote for a new cap. He did not provide either!
He was not even here for 1 hour and demanded I pay $850.00. No proof of anything done. Not what I asked for.
I was bullied.I will be taking him to court.

This company is great..We had our pellet stove cleaned professionally by same guy from different company for years but when he got done he said there was either bees nest or birds in chimney so we need it cleaned.I called Mike and he actually answered phone [ how rare is that nowadays] and set appt up right away..His worker came out and it was full of ash,soot so apparently guy that has cleaned our stove for yrs NEVER checked or made effort to do properly now we know why we were getting poor draft last winter..Work was done fast and great job and HALF of price of ANY company around..They will be company we will have clean our pellet stove and chimney from now on and price I paid from this other company was same if I had Mike do pellet stove PLUS cleaning chimney.I would give 10 stars if I could. I will highly recommend to friends,family ..Thanks Mike and crew! Excellent company !!!!!!!!!!
