Premiere Locksmith

Very unprofessional, agreed to a set price and 30 mins before he was suppose to come changed the price to 100 extra and wanted to charge me for a lockout after being informed that I was locked out. Please be careful, shady practices are going on here

Save yourself the trouble and just call someone else. Here's my experience: Call and leave a message on Monday, no response. Call and leave a message on Tuesday, no response. I give it 1 more try and I call and leave a message on Wednesday. I finally hear back later that day, but the guy says he can't come over until the next day. I said ok. Next day comes and goes and he's a no show. Complete waste of time. This guy seems more concerned about responding to Google reviews instead of phone calls and appointments.

Nick was great. 1/3 the cost of getting a key then the dealer. I lost my 2015 suburu cross trek key. The dealer wants crazy money to get a single replacement. I called Nick and he called me right back. Made an appointment. I couldnt get the car to him so he did a good old fashion house call and got the job done. Would highly recommend him.

Can't comment on his locksmith skills since he was a no-show for our appointment today. I left multiple voicemails, got no reply. His shop was locked and dark. I found another locksmith who gladly and quickly took care of my needs.
