        It was a very bad experience I have with Rex Monument, the lady who works there did not do what I asked her to do. She overcharged for the picture frame and she did not use the one I paid for. Awful job. I do not recommend Rex Monument in Worcester

        This was my first experience, Lisa sat down with me & we talked for probably 2 hrs or more This was an extremely difficult process because I was purchasing more than 1.. Thinking about our loved ones & picking out what they would want for stones & designs is hard enough, I had to think about 3 family members Ive lost.. And Lisa made this whole process so easy for me.. Both stones were delivered in time for Mothers Day weekend, that was absolutely amazing, I couldnt be any happier and I know mom is too.. Lisa really takes her time with clients 2 thumbs up
