        Customer service was excellent at Fast Fix in Worcester. Eliana was very helpful to me, she made me very comfortable with an uncomfortable situation. I did not realize the android glass was more expensive and complex to change out on the Samsung S20. She explained it to me in such a nice way. They ordered the glass for me and installed it without any problem. I dropped it off at 1:30 and they said to come back at 4. It is perfectly fine. Thank you Fast Fix. Sept 2021

        This is best place to get your phone fixed!! They are super helpful, nice and friendly. They go above and beyond - I was upset and hung up the phone and they called back and said they would wait for me after hours to help solve my problem. Highly recommend to everyone!!!!
