From my first phone call conversation with the companies answering service, Mr. Scavone’s response time was so prompt. As well as coming out to do his first assessment I knew his quality of craftsmanship was above average. His knowledge was spot on, and I had all the faith in the world he would do a quality job. Over the past 4 weeks, Mr. Scavone and his team proved a state of the art heating and domestic hot water system for my multi-family home in Framingham, MA. From his dealings with the propane company and town plumbing inspector, we were blown away with the quality of work and passed all inspections without any issues. He also sat down with me and went over all rebates and made this a smooth process for me and my tenants. Frank guided me to convert from oil to gas when my heating system failed. Between assistance with the Mass Save program, finding the best rebates, and making sure I was advised start-to-finish made what would be a stressful conversion as simple as possible. Frank and his team crafted a plan and executed within days - completing the job and getting me back up and running in no time. I would highly recommend Scavone Plumbing & Heating, and I will certainly be using them for all of my home needs.

I reached out to these guys today totally frustrated with a plumbing issue and they made it so seamless. They said they’d arrived at a time and they sure did. Work was done so effectively and to add to that, the customer service was just not expected. Overall I’ll definitely be reaching out to them for all my plumbing issues.

We are very impressed with Scavone's service. Frank was professional and courteous. Arranging visit, ordering parts, and eventually fixing the garbage disposal were all carried out timely with minimal hassles for us. It was a pleasant experience.
