100% grateful for Joe and his team at Caring Transitions. I highly recommend them! Cleaning out my mother's place was difficult to navigate long distance. This one stop shop did everything from clearing out, donating furniture, selling items, cleaning the house from top to bottom, and repairs. To top it off, Joe's real estate arm at Properties Central Realty and his agent, Dave Geraway, helped us sell at top dollar. I am so pleased. Thank you Joe!

Joe and his team did a fantastic job helping raise money for a local charity. He's honest, caring, and extrememly knowlegeable.

After my mom passed this September, I was faced with the daunting task of cleaning out a 2 family home with a full basement and attic. (I am her only child so it was all on me) My mom was a collector of nice things, but also never through things away. She, to my amazement kept everything! My husband and kids said "Oh we can get a dumpster and clean the house out in a few weekends." Well it took a weekend for us to sort and let each of my children take memories they wanted. Everyone realized that this job was beyond our ability and available time. I started searching for companies that do estate sales and came upon Caring Transitions. Joe was very accommodating and met me at the house the same week I called. From the moment I met him I knew I was in the right hands. He was compassionate and kind. He walked me through their process and I signed up immediately. His team went through every box, bag, closet even the attic eves! They set up donation items, auction items and trash. If they saw things that might have been sentimental to or my kids, they set it aside for me to look at. I live 2 1/2 hours away so Joe sent me pictures and kept in constant touch. In a matter of less than 4 weeks the house was delivered to me in broom swept condition ready to sell. Even if I had taken a year, I do not think I could have gotten this done. Charities got so much great stuff that will help families in need, I recieved money from the sale of auction items and the house is under agreement all in 6 weeks time. I cannot recommend Joe Abbascia and his awesome team of people at Caring Transitions highly enough. I give them a 10+
