They went over and beyond expectations. Fronts& rear bushings all 3 axles alignment. Rides like its bran new again. They also bailed me out of a bad experience with Spring rebuilders.

This truck is a 2018 KW T-680, 212,000 miles.
My dealer doesnt fix springs and suspension issues. I had a spring that wouldnt take grease and developed a squeak while going over bumps.
Karen at Ballard got me in there ASAP, the mechanics are top notch, they fixed this truck to a condition better than it came from the factory with !! Cant beat the prices,
I could not be happier, will not hesitate to bring my equipment here for work.
