Prime Automobile Sales

The worst mistake I have ever made in my life was purchasing a car from this dealer. He hid the problems that the car had and never said a word to me about them and when confronted about them he accused me for them. He was rude, aggressive, and accusing me for all the problems I found. He told me to take it to a repair shop of his choice, so I did; when I got the car back I found nothing being repaired but I did find my car very dirty and greasy. It was like a slap in the face. I did not see any reviews before the car purchase, now that I did read them; I can agree with every one of them because none of them are good reviews. recommend never stepping a foot there, I am still very disappointed of how everything turned out to be.

I was given the name of a Prime auto salesman by a friend and made a phone call to them. What a waste of my time! The salesman said, it's Friday afternoon and I'm leaving for the weekend so I can't help you. When I explained that I wanted the dealer website to browse inventory, since I need to move quickly, he asked for my budget. I repeated my request (car shopping while being female was my mistake here, I guess) and he threw a hissy fit, told me he didn't have the car and hung up on me. Gee, my mistake. You were referred to me by someone who wanted to help me get a car and give you business. I thought you might want to make good on that referral by simply NOT BEING AN ASSHOLE.

I don't know how this dealership even has 1 Star. 0 from me.  They are the most obnoxious, dishonest people I have come across in years.  If you ask for a car report the will find one that your happy with.  The Matrix that I wanted had been in an obvious accident. IF  it wasn't for the friend I brought with me I never would have known!Stupidly, I gave them a deposit of 100.00 that I am just eating. I did not notice the "no refund written on the receipt! The morning after( less than 12 hours, iwent to cancel my deposit when I was made aware if this. The funniest thing , was when I asked them to come down on the price, the salesman said" let me ask my wife!!!!  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, REALLY BAD NEWS!  There's more if you want to contact me

Prime Auto had a vehicle I was very interested in.  When I asked if I could take it for a test drive, the owner barked at me that "you only take something for a test drive if you're going to put a deposit down".  I repeated my request, I wanted to drive it FIRST.  He was not pleased.  Later that day when the boss was gone, I took the truck out again...straight to my mechanic.  They put it up on the lift and gave me a laundry list of things that had to be fixed ASAP for safety and inspection requirements.  When the owner found out about this, he flipped out on his employee over the phone.  I could hear him yelling at the poor guy.  We discussed a higher price and he'd get everything fixed.  I slept on it and went back the next day to start the repair process and give a deposit.  They refused to take my deposit.  They wanted to sell it at the lower price AS IS...which means, unsafe!  It all worked out for the best...I found another vehicle a few days later, and this jerk can take his dealership and stuff it.
