We were looking for quotes on new insurance. We were contacted by Jordan from the Brian Hickman agency. With asking for a quote, I was told if joining the auto club we would have better discounts on home and auto insurance. I said yes to the auto club. There were policies issued on the home and auto which WE DID NOT EXCEPT THE QUOTES. We never said we wish to continue with the policy!!! I called and emailed both and told them I didn't want the policies or to continue with the auto club. Now they did cancel the auto club and the auto insurance but didn't on the home insurance.  We were turned over to the collection agency for $100.+ non payment. We have tried contacting the agency to resolve the issue only to have someone tell us they would look into it.....No response now for over a week. We have been trying to reach an agent again today but the phone system as soon as you say you wish to speak to an agent, says it can't complete our request and to try at a later time. How do you resolve issues with this company? Very poor service in this agency. This may be some time before we have this resolved.

Let me begin by saying we have been a long-term customer of the Casey-Hickman Agency. They handled our homeowner's and auto insurance for 20+ years. I don't know what happened, but over the last several years-the bottom has fallen out! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! NO follow-up...NO ONE answers the phone...DROPPED calls with NO callback...UNTRUTHS shared! Further, when I sent an email to the owner expressing my concerns...that email went unanswered! Quite honestly...NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE!
