We hired Ron's to put a new roof on a house we just bought. They were fast and installed it quickly and it looked great. Fast forward to the next winter/spring and the new skylights they installed are leaking. It took them weeks to come out and they told us it was "condensation" from inside the house. The next year the same thing happened. Now, the skylights leak any time it rains, snow melts, etc. So now, to get them to come out and fix what is still under warranty??? Suddenly, their willingness to do business has changed. 4 months later, we are still waiting to hear from them to tell us when they can fit us into their schedule to fix work that should be covered under warrantee/guarantee. We keep getting told we are "on the list" every time we call. Oh yeah, they are fast and professional when it comes to initially taking your money, but they are unresponsive and avoiding when it comes to time for them to fix their sloppy work. I couldn't have made a better decision. I had Ron's Ron's roofing repair my old flat roof. I looked at it from 2 different angles and what I like the most is it truly looks like it was done correctly. In a timely manner. Cost efficient and the lady in the office is just as great as well.
