I do not recommend Harold Wolkind Law PLLC because i do not trust their services. This man brags a lot about himself and his services all the time but does nothing really for the clients in my opinion. Despite the fact that he charges really high fees, the services one get is nothing to write home about. The employees are not in the least efficient because they never return any calls nor give feed back on cases plus one get billed for calling to ask. This i consider very absurd and unprofessional! I had expected a highly professional service from Harold Wolkind Law PLLC but i was disappointed and now i feel even worse off. I am not very happy about the way they treated my case and i will not consider hiring them ever again.

I came to this law firm seeking help and all I got were more problems. Where to begin? Getting in contact with them was a nightmare. I called and had to leave a message with someone, and they said that I should get a call back in the next twenty four hours or so regarding my questions. The reps are rude and full of all sorts of questions but no solid answers to help you with your problems. Their emails are unprofessional and lacking information -- sometimes I had to write back multiple times just to try to get the answers that I needed. Ridiculous. For the insane fees they charge, you would think they would have some kind of professionalism, or even the slightest amount of caring towards their clients, but so such luck! Pretty sure I was nothing more than money to them, which is why I cancelled my case and took my business elsewhere. I would not recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to be wasting their time and money. Go elsewhere and get a real lawyer, who actually has standards, wants to help their clients, and doesn't break all sorts of laws. You'll get better results.

How can a company be WORSE than this? My god, I did such a mistake by going to them! Such unprofessionalism! They take in any customer without at-least analysing the case, and when you are half way through we realize they don’t have any potential lawyers to get the job done! How bad is this! And I don’t even want too talk about their responses, call handling and emails! I HAD TO HOLD THE LINE FOR 1 FRIIIKING HOUR TO REACH MY CONTACT! And the emails, they send soo LOW quality emails that I have to reply several times to get all the info I want, and I have to wait hours for the reply as well! !THIS IS JUST SOME COMPANY SOME KIDS RUN! Don’t ever trust this company with your work. I am very unpleased with their work so I cancelled my agreement with them, now that I come to think of it im not even sure whether this legal company is properly legalised or not! Should check on that,

Things You Need To Know About Wolkind Law PLLC THEY ARE NOT PARALLEGALS!! The employee working for them takes some sort of test every 3 to 4 months and is just high school graduates. The messages that everyone receives are just automated and not a single lawyer is present. Almost all of the employees that work there don’t even have a single idea on how a real law firm works. Not just that, they have repeatedly violated the CROA Law. Here’s how they do it. 1. They keep on writing wrong information to their system, and even if the management knew about this, they didn’t make any modifications at all. 2. Because of the way Experian list the things in their system, when they upload Experian reports, their system marks it as it was deleted off of your credit report and move it to a positive credit line. Their customer then sends out email saying it was removed even if it was not. This is clearly a violation of FEDERAL LAW. The employees working for them earns this way, they do not let their client close their deals because if it is close, it will go against them. Now if it is still open for a couple of months, they get a 3% share of what you paid. Here’s the worst, even if you made a deal that the case should be close, they won’t put it on their note and it will be keep open. See? To protect yourself, record the date and time and the name of the representative. And yes the complaints of rude reps are true, they are not trained for customer service and they do not have any quality control.

DO NOT TRUST WOLKIND LAW PLLC! The most important thing that you should know is the fact that they are not lawyers; the employees are just a bunch of high school graduates who takes exam every 3-4 months. See how awful it is. You trust your case with them and this is their return? Isn’t it preposterous? Furthermore, their messaging system is automatically generated to suit client’s needs and wants. In line with this, the firm also breeches the CROA Law! Here’s what they do. 1. The data entry team of the firm keeps entering wrong information. And even if the higher ups know about this, they do not reprimand this people. 2. Because of the way Experian list the things in their system, when they upload Experian reports, their system marks it as it was deleted off of your credit report and move it to a positive credit line. Their customer then sends out email saying it was removed even if it was not. This is clearly a violation of FEDERAL LAW. Another thing that makes them the worst is the fact that they don’t want their client close the deal since they can’t get a percentage of the client’s payment. The longer the time the case is open the more the employees get a share. And mind you, this happens all the time. So to stop this, simply write the data/ time and the name of the representative. In this way, you can sue them in case things get worst that you are required to pay even higher amounts.
