very poor management. I have signed up for 4 series of group lesson for my kid and called the other mom to attend together under the instruction of at least 2 representatives. They first told me it is 90dollar group lesson per kid for 4 sessions. And they said that please don't worry about what to choose in the system. And then a female manager picked my phone and told me any 90 dollar group lesson is canceled this year. "Your best option is to wait until next spring!" She told me coldly with a very unfriendly attitude. After two hours of registering, talking with representatives, looking for dates that would fit both kids, I strongly don't recommend their service.

Went to both stores today. Micheal in shoe department in Plymouth was super helpful! Found shoes I wanted at their other store. I went there and Eric was very helpful in shoe department. Always get friendly help at both stores. The Girls at checkout are always friendly as well!

Was very disappointed in the customer service when looking at buying new irons from there. I went in trying to figure out what I needed and was expecting to have someone help me with the basic fitting they advertise but ended up having to get my own clubs off the rack. Not the best experience, hoping it was a bad day for a salesman and not the normal experience. I won’t be purchasing the clubs from them based on the service.
