        Do NOT purchase their roadside assistance! It is a complete joke. I wish I was kidding when I say I waited 11 1/2 hrs, yes 11.5 hrs for a tow less than 2 miles alway from my home on a day we had snow and cold temperatures. I have been with Brad and his firm since I was able to drive and have my 1st car at the age of 16. I have given 11 yrs of loyalty to a company that claims they are there for you but when you really need them they fall through. Unacceptable, if I could give ZERO STAR rating I would. I have recommended many friends and family to State Farm, but I surely wont anymore.
