Recently purchased a 2024 GSX-R 750 from this dealership being a new customer , an everything went by smooth and consistent with the salesman I had. They didnt give me the run around , also getting me straight to the point with great service. They gave me Tour of the facility making sure you have all your equipment, explaining the difference type of vehicles they had to offer, etc If you feel the need to get into a vehicle I recommend the gentleman that help me out was Whit. They can get you in and out an make a deal for you

Great Service Department. I purchased my Ryker at Rosenau and had a problem with my brake lights staying on. Rosenau said it would be a month for their Service Department. I talked to Savannah in the service department at MotorCity she said bring it down they could work on it much sooner. So, I come to find out it was a recall issue that Rosenau did not fix correctly the first time. I will use Motocity service department from now on.

Took my Slingshot in for a Lazer alignment on 03/07/24 and went to the service desk and was promptly greeted by "Savanna". She was very pleasant and professional. I mentioned what I wanted to have done and she understood and told me it would take a couple of hours. she kept me informed during the process. When completed, the tech "Roy" came to the front and greeted me and let me know the prior and after specs. He set the tire pressure and torqued the lug nuts to the correct specs . Savanna and Roy were great!. For many years I went to a competitor but was not satisfied. I drove a distance to get there, but this is where I'm going for my future business. Thank you.

My review is based on service. My brother in-law purchased a new Kawasaki SXS but was unable to pick it up because he is having health issues and was hospitalized. He purchased the unit months ago but it needed some parts replaced per warranty so this was all done before he ever took delivery of the unit. From what I understand it was a past model year and it was kept outside and the doors had some damage that was repaired. My issue is I don't own a SXS (Yet) and have never put one on a trailer. I was helping my brother in-law out. My first interaction with service was a young woman on the phone. I waited a few minuets for her to end the call. No prob! Well she told me sorry it was her friend she was talking to. Strike one for making a costumer wait when taking a personal call on the clock. I asked for assistance to load the machine. I was told nobody was available. Strike two. I loaded the SXS and when I was strapping it down I looked over at the bay door and noticed 3 service mechanics watching me. I assume these were the same men that said they were busy when asked by the woman working the service counter. Strike three. My wife and I are in the market for a SXS along with another family member. I would have liked to stick around and talk with sales but felt embarrassed and a bit mad being the rookie side show loading a SXS for the first time. Anyway you cut it that is poor service. I don't care how many 4 and 5 star ratings you have. What I experienced was not good service. Keep in mind this was a brand new unit taking delivery for the first time. Things happen to people and sometimes they need assistance. I wasn't asking anybody to do it but only help me. I see dealers do it all the time so please don't use the excuse its a liability. Why have porters? I have had dealers help me load new snowmobiles, dirt bikes, and tractors. This was the first time I felt like I was bothering staff looking for help. Sad how things have gone south after Covid hit. It's like people just don't care or don't want to work anymore. Today was a prime example of that poor work ethic and service.
