I've been a client of Michelle since 2014. Hiring a property manager has relieved a lot of hassle in my life. The company is great at finding qualified, trustworthy tenants that treat the rental property respectfully. In 8 years, I have never had a tenant miss a monthly rent payment. The monthly fees that the company charges for their property management service are quite fair.

I hired Property Management Pros to make security visits to our second home, while we were not there. They are very professional - they walked through the whole home to make sure there were not problems. In fact once they discovered a small leak below a bathroom sink. With my approval they had a plumber come out and fix the problem, for which I paid, of course. It was such a relief to know that the home was being monitored, and it was especially comforting during this past year with Covid isolations. We were not able to be at the home for over a year. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of service.

Everything can be completed via their web portal and email. I only had to call if there was an emergency, ie a water issue, or a freak tree branch incident. Regardless the quick response from management and their maintenance department was very appreciated.

Property Management Pros has been managing my rental for almost 2 years now. They have found me an awesome tenant, have never had any issues with them or my property thus far. Rent has always come in on time and their owners portal is very easy to use. Their very responsive have always gotten back to me that day or the day after with any questions or concerns I've had. Overall very pleased with them and will be using them for my next rental.

When a company that only has 5 star and 1 star reviews, read and trust the one star review. The response they gave to these one star reviewers I believe is bogus as it happened to me as well. They would turn things black to white and blame what happened on you although its clearly not your fault. I left a one star review on thumbstuck complaint bunch of stuffs. One of those is they accepted my trashed house from the tenant, didnt inform me about the condition of the house, and didnt offer to schedule a cleaning. The owner responded that I declined their offer of scheduling cleaning. But what really happened was I requested them to send a cleaning crew before I reached to my house( I was moving back from another state) after I got to the house I was shocked how bad things are and I sent e-mail complaint about the condition of the house. I mentioned nothing about not wanting the cleaning crew. Then the owner replied me saying shes holding Off on sending the cleaning crews which I dont get why. I replied her email stating the cleaning crew is needed regardless. Two hours no response. After that I had enough and told her I will find cleaning service myself. She twists things and tries to blame it on you all the time. I believe she will find something to say here try to make me sound like a bad person. I write this review just want people to steer away from them especially if you are property owner. They have zero sense of responsibility of maintaining your property.
