The Student Connection

I began working at The Student Connection during my transition from college into a professional career. I worked with students who struggled with learning. I enjoyed the work as much as I enjoyed the relationships I formed with fellow tutors and with the owners, Mr. & Mrs. G. I have come back to help Mr. & Mrs. G establish their non-profit, Connect with Success that gives back to the community tutoring inner city kids who struggle with learning. I worked with the Student Connection to prepare for my GRE and to get help in Stats once accepted into the program. The tutors paid attention to my specific needs and were able to create an individualized plan for my success. This was especially helpful when taking my Stats class as I was falling behind and struggled with the professor's teaching style. I was able to receive an A in the class because my tutors here took the time help me learn in the ways I was the most receptive. I would highly recommend them to help with standardized testing and individual student's learning plan needs.

The Student Connection is one of a kind! The staff is friendly, flexible, and extremely knowledgeable. You can't beat their prices and they always work with you to find the best fit for your student. I highly recommend this place for students of all ages!

I've been going here for many years, and I honestly can't recommend it enough. This place has people who've gone to prestigious universities and really do care about the kids. Michael Godvin, Kathleen Gillespie and Liam Hannigan were especially helpful in getting me on the right track. Without them, I wouldn't be anywhere near where I am today.
