Noah’s Windows & More

n August 22, 2022 we put in an order for windows. We knew we would need them when we moved in but spending 16k wasn’t something we could jump into. After a year we found a company and gave an $8500 deposit. They said it would be 6-8 weeks and they would call to schedule. I started calling Noah in November. NO ANSWER… I continued to call through DECEMBER… nothing! Finally after calling this jerk 47 times in a row he answered my call. We agreed to an install date then NO SHOW. We agreed to another date in January NO SHOW. We agreed to 3 more dates, still nothing! In March after the 5th No Show and him screaming at me over the phone. I contacted a lawyer. Yes, this man child screamed at me. Called me “a bit** told me I would never see my money, and F**k my windows. and said, “he thought I was cool” and he can’t believe I'm on him about this. It was like an argument with a teenager who was grounded and couldn’t get his way. I really thought…This guy was not coming; he ran off with $8500.00. So, I started looking into his google reviews. 12 other people were having the same problem 😩. I started freaking out!!! This A**holes lawyer stretched out his completion date as far as possible but I figured screw it. He can have any date he wants. He chose a completion date of June 15th or I could have my money back. I agreed. He sets the Install date for June 3rd… NO SHOW! June 4th NO SHOW. FINALLY, FINALLY the installer showed up on Wednesday June 7, 2023… 43 weeks after ordering. He was 1 hour late, but he came. Then this guy proceeded to tell me how every customer Noah has is mad at him, and he continues to make promises to people he can’t keep. He also asked if I would give him $2000.00 in cash because Noah never pays the installers on time. I ask him if he thinks I’m a f-ing idiot. But I realize he can’t complete jobs because NO ONE WILL WORK FOR HIM! he leaves without finishing the job… I tell him I will be home the following day after 3:30pm. This jack hole texted me at 1pm… “on the way”. Like I was going to take another day off for these morons. So naturally I don’t respond. I text Noah when i get home asking for a final invoice so I can get him his payment. He waited till 8pm, then tells me he’s on his way over for a check. I let him know the bank is closed now, but will get him a check in the morning. It’s funny he is hounding me for money after almost a year of not answering my calls. He tells me NOT to put it in the mailbox. He will get the check himself. I of course sent it in the mail because I never want to see this piece of Sh*t again.Here is my story. I beg you PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY! He is a scammer, he will take your money and leave. He is a horrible business person. They came and did my windows. They never finished the work. Huge drafts coming through the windows they did do. Never returned any of my phone calls mail box is always full. They have a very poor raiting through bbb they went down hill. Excuse after excuse. Now I have to find another window company after spending 16 grand (ripped me off) to fix their mistakes.

They seem to be very busy, I have installed my roof last year. It was OK for the winter. I found an issue in my roof in the next spring. UPDATE on 3/17/2022 - Finally they sent us roofers to check my roof. However that's it, the status is still the same - reducing my stars. I just give them 3 stars as they are just one of the 'ordinary contractors' that everybody could expect. (updated 4/16/2022) Service: Install flooring

I hired them to replace my siding and cast a new front porch in September 2021. I gave them a check for a down payment and saw them a few times. When Noah came and measured. Also when Dan came out and measured. I have called dozens of times to both men only to either leave a message or find a mailbox full. Not worth your effort! They do not want my business. I am all timed out in August 2022.
