I worked as a summer engineering intern at GNS Canton and had a great experience! The people I worked with were all so positive and helpful. The mentality at GNS is teamwork; everyone wants to help in any way they can. In my time spent at GNS I learned all about the ins and outs of the professional world of engineering from an incredibly supportive team. I always felt like my opinion and work was valued by every department, and I was included in many different projects so I could learn as much as possible. An excellent environment to work in because the team is supportive and strong from top to bottom.

Avoid at all costs! Extremely high turnover rate , 56 hour mandatory work weeks, and favoritism is over the top. If you dont kiss everyones butt, you wont get anywhere. if you go to work TO WORK and don't bother anyone, youll just stay in the same position until they find your replacement. Then they'll try to make you quit by treating you like you arent human, dismissing all of your concerns and never honoring the employee handbook, falsely accusing you of things your counterparts have done, and promoting and praising less qualified employees. Also. Im pretty sure the HR lady is inept. I think her name is Marge or something... Not sure I dont really care.... but she just talks in circles and never seems to understand the actual question.
