They forgot about my appt. I waited 30 minutes no one came. No one seemed to care or apologize to me. Bad service

Showed up for an appointment just to be told that it was canceled. They also lied about calling me and that they spoke to me on the phone to have it rescheduled. I wouldnt be standing there if I actually received a call or confirmation of cancellation. What a waste of time.

So blessed to find this office and Dr Merkel. Hes compassionate, friendly, informative and actually funny. Lol Ive been having serious issues for awhile but was so scared to find answers. I finally stopped procrastinating and made an appointment. He eased my mind instantly! He sat and talked to me like a human being and took ALL of my concerns seriously! Had my surgery yesterday and after having almost 12 surgeries throughout my life for different things I can honestly say the experience was outstanding (The only one that compares is my surgeries with my podiatrist. Hes performed four surgeries on my ankle). From all of the nurses and the anesthesiologist, and even Dr. Merkel I felt so at ease. Now we wait for answers; good or bad I know that Dr. Merkel and his staff will take excellent care of me!!

Ive had good experiences with IHA OBGYN. I was referred to this location for telehealth appointment with a social worker. I waited patiently for the link to join and was not sent the information until more than 45 minutes after the original appointment time. It was hard enough to carve out time with a newborn to dedicate to a mental health appointment, so I did not attend the zoom call. I feel these circumstances warranted an offer to reschedule, but instead I received a condescending letter rebuking my missed appointment. Now if I ACTUALLY miss an appointment for any reason I will be charged a fee. This is not good patient care, I regret wasting my time to schedule the appointment and write this review - totally worthless. If you are struggling with PPA/PPD please seek alternative treatment options.
