Papa John's Pizza

You guys suck!!!! This location never answers phone calls. Just that quickly you LOST a customer I tried calling you all day and nothing. This isn't the first time I've called and here RINGING FOR 5MINS. How are you running a pizza service and you don't even answer your phone. 1 out of 10 better be lucky you got a one

I love Papa John's Pizza but I don't have one near my house so when I was driving down Canton Center Road and realized it was a Papa Johns right there I stopped to get a pizza I went and asked how long it would have to wait to have a pizza made I was told they didn't know.. then I was ignored so I left.

The worst possible customer service at this location. Started calling at 3:01 pm phone rang till 3:03 no answer. Checked the number at 3:04 to make sure I was dialing correctly. Called back phone rings another 2 minutes guy answers put me to hold for 5 minutes more. Guy answers to order... wanted to order 10 pizzas for my lions opener bash and they don't have anyone to deliver......complete FAIL spent another 20 min waiting for corporate to take my call and now its 3:38 and no pizzas. Looking at your terrible reviews I completely understand what kind of operation you are running.

I order Papa Johns all the time but never ordered from this location. Me & my husband walked in to get a pizza we ordered online & till this day i have never expierenced customer service this bad. First we walked in threw the door & nobody would greet us, not even a hi. I then gave them the name that i put the order under & they literally just threw the box of pizza at us. Then they tried to charge us for it again after I already had paid for it online. After 10 mins of arguing back & forth with them that I already paid for it they made sure then threw the receipt at me to sign, they didnt even give me a pen. After waiting for a pen, the gentleman then decided to throw a pen at us. On top of everything the pizza tasted awful! Usually Papa Johns pizza is the only pizza i order from but they juat didnt make it as i have requested while placing my order online. This is the rudest place by far. Idk how they are still in businesa but they definitley lost mine
