Cartridge World

I've been working with Cartridge World in Canton for a couple years now through work and they have been wonderful. This may just be with business accounts, but larger orders are delivered and small orders are available for pick-up in a very short amount of time. Items that they do not have in stock can be ordered and arrive within a day or two. Prices are far better than OEM cartridges and I think the only time ever had a problem is with some pretty old ink cartridges that likely dried up, no fault of theirs. They are available via email, which makes it easy for me to keep record of conversations and ordering, and always prompt with responding. We have had issues a couple times, and while it is usually a mix up on our end, they have always been accommodating and helped us out. I highly recommend this location and prefer doing business here than with other printer supply companies.

The previous post is an unfortunate example of poor customer service. The new owners are willing and eager to help local customers and overcome this negative experience with previous owner.
