I have been waiting since 09/23/2016 for switching out my trash container. The bottom of the can is bowed out and has a huge split on the bottom of the can. They did deliver my new garbage container on 10/11/2016. I am glad they kept their word on my delivery.

They tend to leave debris and things from the recycling bin all over the street and don't fully empty containers. Other than that they do their job though.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I paid for a dumpster to be delivered on Friday. They said it could show up any time Friday, so I waited and waited. It never showed up. Called the next morning at 9am. Unbeknownst to me, all they have is an answering service on the weekend. They are useless. The answering service told me they sent a message to dispatch and dispatch would be contacting me. Waited 2 hours and no call. Meanwhile my wife and I are moving all the debris into the garage because we have nowhere else to put it. So now we have to move all the debris twice to get it into the dumpster once it arrives. Called them again, they said they sent another message to dispatch... waiting for a call again, still nothing. Called again at 3:30pm and finally they tell me no one is in the office until Monday. So I've been waiting 2 days in a row for a dumpster, contractors are now being held up, and my house and garage look like a war zone because all the demo scrap has no where to go. My wife and I moved around our work schedules to get this done. It is incredibly frustrating. Thanks a lot Canton Waste Recycling. Should have ordered from Waste Management.

I have nothing good to say about this company. For 6 years they have been collecting my trash an recycle products in Canton. Almost every single week they fail to do the very simple task they are paid to do; collect the trash. The green open top recycle bins have to be the dumbest idea I have ever seen. Any wind at all and all your recyclable materials are all over the neighbor hood. But dont worry, if there is no wind the recyclables will still be all over because the workers dont fully empty the containers. 2/3 of the time I have to pick up paper and plastic items that are on the ground because they fail to fully empty the containers. When they are done trying to empty them, they throw them down on the cement cracking the corners and creating sharp plastic edges to get cut on. I have had to replace mine because of their reckless handling and potential hazard of getting injured. The trash collection is just as bad. They always seem to drop debris in the street or not fully empty trash containers. Over the last year I have decided to only place Heavy Duty Commercial trash bags in the plastic trash can. This would hopefully avoid additional waste being dropped or left on the ground or in containers right? NOPE. I put three bags in the can and only 2 were emptied out. They left my trash can in the street along with the third bag laying next to it on the ground. I have called Canton Township and I have called Canton Waste Recycle. I get the same reply every time. They tell me the turn over is high, the job doesn't pay a lot and there is nothing they can do. I had Waste Management for 9 years at my previous residence and maybe had 1 problem during that time. Why can't we have a choice in Canton. Why do we have to only have one company that is dictated by the township and does a very poor job.
