G&G Supply was the third janitorial company we had come to our business to try and get the old industrial floors clean. I had begun to think it was not possible but Gina did it! She was fantastic. She was knowledgable and honest, telling me the challenges she saw in cleaning such old and damaged floors. We decided to do a trial as she said she didn't want to say, "yes, I can get this clean" and then not deliver. She came in and cleaned the heck out of that floor and it looks great! She was much more aware of the detailed cleaning than any of the other people who had come and she followed up with an email letting me know that she would come back if I wasn't satisfied. Fantastic customer service. Honest and up-front. Professional and friendly. Excellent cleaning skills.
