        Terrible customer service at this branch!!!! I called to cancel EFT on 2-22-19 @ 4:20 pm with Elisa!!! Received confirmation from headquarters dated 2-25-19. EFT removed from my account on 3-18-19!!!! Why...because Elisa only removes 1 policy and not both!!! Poor listening skills which results in poor customer service and me having to go to my bank to get my money back!!! Thank you for your incompetence again!!! If I could give this again you NO stars I would!!! So happy with my NEW agency!!!!
