Comfort Keepers Home Care

We were very blessed to have great caregivers through comfortkeepers! My mom was on hospice for quite a while and we used a morning caregiver a few times a week and 1 overnight caregiver. In the beginning it took a couple of staff changes to get a good "fit" , but the agnate worked with us and for the majority of the time we had loving, caring, yet professional caregivers. I like that the agency is local and respond quickly to calls and changes we needed. ( only once did I get a "oh its after hours but how can I help you?--only once) I got much needed breaks and time to drive home for a bit, knowing my mom was not alone was great peace of mind.

I felt very dismissed. When I called for my follow-up, they said they "sent me an e-mail." Which I never recieved. I hope they're Clients get treated better then I did. Luckily I found another company that was very welcoming, and has awesome caregivers.

Comfort Keepers has been a wonderful company to work with. We have had their services for the last 2 years for my mother, she had a stroke and just needed a little help around the house. Cheryle her caregiver has been a wonderful help to my mother, my mom loves her and I couldn't thank her and comfort keepers enough for the help and piece of mind they have given me. It was important for my mom to be able to return to her house and they have made that possible!!!!!!! Lindsey and Justine are two of the women in the office, the strength behind the caregivers that make every thing run smoothly.
