I have been with this agent for over 10 years never had an issue till my Fiancè got in a accident in my car they have been telling me it's mandatory by state law that I put her on my insurance because she lives in my house hold I would recommend looking at a different agent staff is not knowledgeable something is not right with this agent/office beware

They Log your cars Odometer and charge you more if you drive more than they decide is right. Also, refused to alter incorrect information about my home policy, I offered the accurate information and was told they cant take my word (about my house) and I'd need a "third party" to inspect before they would change listed age of electric and plumbing. I would Not recommend this agent or state farm for that matter. By the way I have been a state farm customer for more than 14 years and have never filed a claim.

Been with these folks for about 20 years. Not really sure why the negative reviews, I can only assume they are disgruntled for reasons out of Mr. Redd's control. For example, the one reviewer who is upset because his fiancee wasn't covered... it's widely known that if you have a regular driver on your car, you have to list them as a driver with your insurance agency or else they may not be covered in an accident. That's with any agency! I have shopped around for better rates and haven't really found a reason worth switching. That said, depending on your circumstances, you may or may not find a cheaper alternative. Each insurance agency is a little different in pricing according to your personal factors, including age, driving record, type of vehicle, etc. For some people State Farm will be cheaper, for others maybe it's All State, etc. But the real reason I stick with this agency is not just because of the decent pricing. They have a very friendly staff. If they don't know the answer, they get it for you quickly. I don't think I've ever been disappointed with my service in 20 years, or else I would have left. Hope this helps people make an informed decision. I don't know Tom Redd at all personally, but the staff and service from this agency and from State Farm in general have been great.
