They run flower express. I ordered something and they never delivered. Tried calling but no answer. Finally when I got a hold of someone at a local store, they said "not my problem". Had to file a fraud case with my credit card

I don't think I've ordered anything through Wesley Berry before now, but I will now for all my flower delivery needs. My mother in law received recipient absolutely loved it ( and I did too, by the picture that he sent me). I buy my grandmother flowers every year for her birthday, to celebrate another year of her being with us. She is hard to buy for, so I tried sending an order from Wesley Berry Flowers to try something different. The flowers arrived right on schedule and she said they were in great shape. After giving them a little water, they looked even better. I am supper pleased with the value as most flower delivery companies are a complete rip off and add additional charges. This is the second time I've purchased flowers from Wesley Berry Flowers and I am thrilled that I can send flowers and gifts without going broke!

I placed an order for the flowers to be delivered the next day for my girlfriends birthday. They were supposed to be at her house on Wednesday. On Wednesday night I get a call saying her city is outside their overnight shipping range. Okay that's acceptable. It sucks but whatever. Thursday comes still no flowers. Finally on Friday they get there and guess what? They are the wrong flowers. Not only are they wrong they are also old and dried up. So I paid extra for next day shipping and they come 3days late as the wrong flowers. I called their only posted phone number and I get connected to an Indian call center and they couldn't help ease my mind so they transferred me. I did this process 4 times and they still haven't answered after I was placed on hold.the order number is 70083781
