This place has came so far and so glad they weeded out crappy workers (like every business does). Cheapest prices and beautiful selections the girl that works in the warehouse does AMAZING DESIGNS !

The man working there wouldn't wait on me because he discovered I was friends with someone he didn't like. So I had to wait 10 mins for his wife to arrive so she could take my money. But not until they had yelled and screamed at each other in front of me all because I knew someone the owner didn't like. Absolutely the worst example of professionalism I've ever seen. I am a contractor that is responsible for bidding out thousands of dollars worth of contracts every week and after sharing my experience with a few other flooring contractors, I've come to learn that being treated like dirt and having to put up with childish behavior at Decorama was very typical. The owner is truly clueless when it comes to customer service. Clueless.

Very bad company to deal with we had our carpet installed after a year pumps started showing in master bedrrom. Called them owner came and said they did it wrong. Now after couple years all rooms have problems and masterbedroom seam is in the middle of the room and not against the wall called owner keeps lying about coming and fixing it never came called a few companies said room carpet has to be changed and not fixed cause over headed seam when installing. Had to pay $300 to strech the other rooms and stairs. And have to live with burned seam and line in the middle of the room. DON'T recommend them very bad service and ignors calls eventhough they knew it was their Fault.
