        Dr is fine, but when his staff ask for blood. I don't want to be stuck 3 times. Sent me up to the 8th floor fir bloodwork.

        Dr. Rusinow is an amazing PCP and takes his time to answer all questions. The staff never picks up the phone at all. Ive been calling them all day today and the machine says no one is available to take your call. Someone named Stacy from his office left me voicemail giving me a different number to call back. I called it back and still no one answered my calls nor my voicemails.
