        This place is a nightmare. It took us over 1 hour to get into the app to access our reservation. We contacted customer service who made us re-book the room at an INCREASED rate by over $200. We finally got squared away and then they never sent us codes to access the hotel or the room so we were over an hour late to check in. Stay somewhere with a front desk that isnt such a disaster
