Picks up our machines when we call pretty quickly, Nice detailed estimates emailed or faxed back to us. Turn around time is fast as the guys in our shop tend to be a bit rough with them and they are broke often.

Called to ask a question about a jack and instead of answering the question just laughed and was rude, then didn’t answer the question. Guess he doesn’t want to work.

He would rip you off on a 90 day warranty on the air you breathe, if your lucky to get that. Ty will give you some excuse as to why he has to charge you over and over again to fix equipment. $3424.21 on 3 seperate visits to fix an A/C machine, DUDE you just plain suck at your J.O.B admit it. The guy actually says "you have to leave the machine on at least 5 hours a day, to have it, adjust to the air". "HATED IT" is giving him way too much credit, it's like giving him 2 thumbs down, i would rather give him like, 2 harry sacks down, ya know?

I recently had our A/C machine serviced at this facility, as anyone reading this review will know, there is no updated or newer reviews. I worked with them and very courteous, well knowledge on product and possible issues if you have priorly went through the diag procedure as I did. During the Covid pandemic they are offering pickup and delivery (yes there is a cost per mile, minimal and acceptable) After confirming day and timeframes, they came to the shop, picked up the a/c machine, took it back and fixed it in about 48 hours turn over time, called and delivered back to us. Throughout the whole process, maintained communication and costs for repairs, as well as informed prior day deliveries and same day call for pickup and drop off of the machine. I would highly recommend them for uses as a RobinAir authorized repair facility and I will use them again in the future as needed to keep our machine operating properly.
