        Apparently this is my second claim they don't believe him paying clean damages use a lot of phone tag never connecting with you about your claim

        If I could give lower I would. I was a client of the Shauna Johnson agency and had nothing but trouble. They even went ahead and canceled my insurance when all I asked was for a policy transfer. I ended having to pay a fee I didnt ask for now should have had to. AllState is a scam. Overpriced and under deliver. You are NOT in good hands with Allstate. They will over charge you and hang up on you. Never under any circumstances use this company.
