I've been a patient with Dr Rusinow for over three years, and he is the most genuine and knowledgeable doctor I've seen so far. I've never had any issues with this DMC office, Nicole has always been wonderful, and everybody is very comforting and accommodating. Even under the stress of covid, appointments have gone smoothly. This is the first doctor ive gone to where I feel cared about and like the quality of my care matters. I always recommend the office to any of my friends who move or start working downtown. They're also easy to reach and always follow through. Whenever I've waited on referrals or paperwork, it's always done when they say it will be. I can't recommend them enough.

Strongly recommend seeing a different, more knowledable doctor than Dr. Rusinow. I've seen him 3-4 times now and not one time has he been able to accurately diagnose my issues, listen properly to what the patient is telling them they're experiencing, and he's just been straight up wrong and flippant about the last injury I saw him for. Prioritizing his personal life, telling his personal stories, and fluffing his ego over listening and caring and caring about his patients. I will be switching offices and strongly recommend all others reading this to look elsewhere

Scheduled my appointment months in advance just to be told a few days before "oh he won't be in the office, so your appointment has been cancelled." Very casual like it wasn't an inconvenience at all to my work and no big deal about my health issue. I called just to confirm that it must be an emergency, of course,to cancel like this. Not at all. I explained that this was planned in advance and that my business travel was scheduled around it and she responded "well hes got things to do ALSO" Just for clarity my JOB is not a "thing". So I've been on the phone with my Healthcare provider trying to get another last minute appointment with a doctor for that same day. It's going on an hour and a half. Finally we found someone. The inconvenience and inconsideration of this office is very accommodating. SMH.
