The Westin Book Cadillac Detroit is an amazing hotel. I loved its location in Downtown Detroit and my stay here was incredibly comfortable. The staff here is absolutely superb from the Front desk kindness and enthusiasm of Kalea Miller she is a gem to your organization to my visit to the Starbucks inside to start my morning I was greeted with kind smile and helpfulness of both Damon and Noel and finally the attention to detail from housekeeping staff both Kristen and Maria they are rockstars. Thank you again Westin for great weekend I will be back again. I am glade to be a BonVoy member.
Rooms: The comfort of the bed was exceptional and keeps me coming back. The modern aesthetics are beautifully and tastefully done
Safety: Although I appreciate a kid friendly environment I was very distracted during my workout as a family of 3 kids and a baby in carriage were in the gym. The yelling and running from kids below the age of 7 is jarring. Perhaps the policy for children in the gym may need to be reviewed.

Very well located hotel. The rooms are magnificent. Beautiful swimming pool and large gym.
The negative point, the breakfast. The waitress is very nice but there is no buffet, it's a menu and I got into the habit, during my travels, of having a big buffet breakfast to get through the day and it was not Not possible.
Despite this, the hotel is magnificent.
