After an unfortunate event to a family member we were researching attorneys for advice and direction where to turn to. McKeen & Associates were professional right from our first phone call and throughout the entire process. Our case was discussed and reviewed by Mr McKeen, eventually handled by Mr Andrew Kay. I can't stress the diligent work that was put into this matter by Mr Kay and his staff. Terrible experience. . .. my cousin used him as attorney and felt like he only cared about the neonatal brain injury cases. Didn t care about my case. Went with another attorney who got me 1.5 million. Will never use this guys services again. Terrible customer service terrible lawyer. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
