We were so pleased with both the customer service that Ben and Tammy provide and the quality and detail of Ben's inspections, we have used them twice this year and highly recommend them! Ben is thorough, honest, and kept us completely updated during the entire process. His experience was so valued, he discovered things that we and the home owner had not seen in years.The pricing is very reasonable and we contribute our success in the buy/sell process much to choosing this trusted team! The PDF report is well worth the extra cost as it gave a great reference and visual for repairs to be done before we listed in the selling process as well as leverage in negotiations. Now we are buying and have good information about our new home. After 30 years in customer service and our 10th buy or sell as home owners, we have never been so happy with quality and valued service as we found with Steeleman Inspections!

Would highly recommend them to anyone. Ben was highly detailed. Took extra time to answer our questions, and had the report turned around very quickly. They were super easy to work with getting our appointment scheduled as well. Great experience.

I am amazed at the detailed inspection report, complete with photos, which will be helpful for little repairs I have to make. Ben and Tammy Stahl are the b est I ever worked with.
