        I was concerned about my monthly premium being so High, she looked into my insurance and was able to reduce my cost down by a large amount very easily, and got me renter's insurance at the same time. This was really nice of her and she responded as soon as I had emailed her. She definitely saved a client today.

        The worst! They messed up on my bill. Barley answer my questions regarding a pass due on my account. I had to call statefarm costumer service to get answer and make a complaint . After numerous calls to my agent office and emails I decided to drop them. I am over Statefarm and there agents. Unprofessional!!!! Still have not from my agent to this day.
