Anthology is a great place for love ones very nice care staff and nurses All residents and families are welcome and loving at anthology. Care team is always great with residents and concerned families ED is always a great help we consider each other family at anthology. We always put our residents and residents families first. This is a great place for love ones!!!

I am so happy that I found Anthology of Farmington Hills for my Father. He has cognitive and physical decline and they are able to take care of him. Everyone is so kind and responsive. Liz (activities/elements) even got him to participate in a fun activity - when normally he is not an activity guy. The staff are so caring and wonderful that I know that I made the right choice for my Father when I chose Anthology of Farmington Hills. Everyone is great, but a few names I know, besides Liz for activities, are Liz in Sales, Tami (Business office Director), Gus (maintenance, really helped set up his room befer my Dad arrived), Keisha (Nurse), all the dining folks (the food is great!), all the staff who help him with daily needs - everyone is great! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility for your parents. It gives the comfort of knowing your loved one is well looked after.

Outlandish deceitful management on site and in the headquarters. Medical Care Plan filled with incorrect information that they flat out refuse to correct. Unanswered calls for meetings. Except when they pushed a meeting to me on a Friday evening with two days notification and called it my fault I did not attend. We are over one year of residency and reached a limit. Even the best of their staff care givers have resigned due to lack of faith in the management or care ethics. Yes, ethics are poor. Capstone was that after one full year they decided to clean out my mother's cubby of fresh snacks, claiming that the expiration date on the peanut crackers and hard candies had expired and they could not leave old food....which was not old and was acceptable for the year up to today, when I had easily monitored the snack expiration dates. For $8100 per month, the top level of care is demanded, and we only receive second hand management. Poor experience. The few high quality experiences are trounced bythe endless onslaught of irresponsible management oversight.

I came to visit my Aunt while I was in town this past week, and this facility is horrible! From the upkeep of their residents to the staff hospitality, my aunt has Dementia and is in her mid 80s I asked while it was mid day and has not been bathed due to the odor and asked when was the last time she been. o Once asked the caregivers became hostile I wanted to speak with someone in management and was told no one was there to speak with and I would have to leave a message or a voicemail I still havent received a reply its ridiculous, I have spoken with my cousin and she has told me there are only 8-9 elder people in the facility due to a lot of mysterious deaths in the last month. In reply to their message, NO THANK YOU, I already messaged that email and I already sent corporate a message
