As a customer, i walk in for vehicle service i witnessed this manager named Dean scharrer, he wasnt very friendly and he seemed disrespectful, not only to customers and the workers too.. he seemed that he didnt really care for the customers quality of service. He didnt care that i noticed they did bad job on my vehicle but i heard him screaming at his workers, next thing he told me that theres nothing that he can do. He made the environment very hostile for anyone there. Very uncomfortable to be there. DO NOT GO THERE if you dont want to deal with staff like him I found somewhere else better to fix their mistake on my car. Please dont even bother trying to resolve this matter. I dont want to waste my time, Im just done. Thank you for your time and for waste of my money for this wrong place that I thought I could invest in for perfect service on my vehicle.

I decided to not leave a review when my bumper cover was repainted a couple years ago however one of their employees that i passed in a 2 lane section decided to pull up next to me in his 2005-ish Black Ford Focus, Flip me off, do a U-turn in traffic and then pull into work. It reminded me of the rough edges, tape lines, overspray on trim, and stuff stuck in the clearcoat. Thank you guy that i see everyday on my way to work for giving me the reasoning to finally post my review. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

TL;DR: Thankful that Tom Holzer Ford bailed me out on a bad oil leak, but for $1,100 in labor I expected a degreased block. Ran into a terrible oil leak on my 2014 Ford Explorer and was luckily able to make it to the service bay here. Brian was able to take my car on the fly and get it inspected and repaired in within a few weeks after I dropped it off (main delay was due to Thanksgiving). He said on the drop off that after a quick inspection he suspected a turbo valve leak, but there was too much oil on the engine bay to be 100% sure. In a week I got a call from another mechanic that reaffirmed this, but when I asked "has the engine bay been cleaned?" I couldn't get a straight answer. I asked for Brian to call me once there was an inspection of the cleaned engine. I was in no rush to get the car back dirty as my partner and I can share her car. Brian calls back and assures me that the bay has been cleaned and they are sure it's the turbo valve (about 15 days after drop off). He quotes me $1,600 for repairs of which $1,100 is labor and $500 is parts (and a coolant flush). A quick turnaround on parts arriving and the repair and it's ready about 18 days after I dropped it off. I go to pickup and am directed by the service division to the pay booth (I don't get to see my car first?). I pay up and my car is brought to me. It drives well, but when I get home there is still the stench of burning oil. It appears that no degreaser was applied to the engine block near the leak! It also seems that one of the plastic pipes is not fully threaded on! I am thankful for the bailout on the oil leak, but for $1,100 labor I would expect a clean engine and properly fitted threads. I would have rather waited for a proper repair a bit longer than get my car returned dirty.
